Staff we interacted with were all great. Space was good. We needed the laundry room and found it easy to use (dryers were exceptionally hot on the medium setting.) Enjoyed that we could watch Netflix on our tv. Easy drive to Carlsbad Caverns!

Front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Nice decoration, the Halloween spiders were cute! Very well located near a big box store and walking distance to some restaurants. The orange water at reception was a great touch. Again, staff was super great!

Everything was great. Super comfortable beds. Quiet. Breakfast was good. **Kristal, Working desk on Labor Day, was SO nice. She is perfect for the hospitality business! It was very busy, and families w kids were wiping out the breakfast as soon as they could put it out. But Kristal was very accommodating and friendly. She was hustling getting everything and everyone accommodated. She was great! It was a sold out weekend and Kristal handled everything exceptionally. She is a big asset to this hotel!

Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. On-site laundry was appreciated. Location is perfect for going to visit Carlsbad Caverns.

Our room was clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Caverns and the living desert zoo and gardens are both within 30-40 minutes. Great location to see some sights! Danny’s BBQ was very good for dinner. Breakfast was excellent for hotel breakfasts. Lots of selections.

They had a waffle maker and laundry. At this stage of our trip the laundry room was great. It was also on the edge of town closest to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Nation Parks.
